Gonna be in London in less than a week!

Out of all the places we'll be going, London is definitely one of the ones I'm most excited about! I was there 7 years ago and have been dying to go back ever since. I loved everything about it and can't wait to return. Being a music lover and loving so many artists that came out of the UK, it was certainly amazing to be in London and see all the venues and streets that these artists roamed around.  Last time around, among many things there, I was dying to check out the guitar shops in Tin Pan Alley. This time around, I look forward to visiting all the places that I didn't get to visit last time such as Windsor Castle, the British Museum, Madame Tussauds, the Abbey Road crossing, and all the pubs I missed out on last time!

Here's a picture of me and my sister from that trip. We were there in June, 2008 (almost exactly 7 years ago) I was 13 and she was 9. For some reason, this awkward picture is the only photo from the trip that I could find. I had braces and never smiled in pictures, along with a really bad haircut.

We will be flying Air New Zealand round trip. I took them last time I went to London and I remember it being not too bad. I know this is not interesting at all but since the trip hasn't started yet I don't have much to post about. Anyway, our plane will look something like this:

Welcome to our travel blog! Here's a basic route map I made via the magic of google map and online photo editing (I'm too cheap to buy photoshop). We fly into London on June 15th and from there go down to Italy, work our way back towards the UK again making many stops on the way and fly out of London on July 2nd
